We can accept returns of products within 30 days of purchase as long as they are unused and unopened. Once we have received the returned items, our team will inspect to ensure they are in resalable condition, then your refund will be processed to the same method of payment you used for the purchase.
Please note all postage costs for the returns - including any postage cost incurred if your order did not qualify for free shipping - are not included as part of the refund.
If any returned item(s) are deemed to be unsuitable for resale, we will be unable to process your refund but will notify you immediately by phone or email. You will have the option for us to post this back to you at your cost, or we can hold the item(s) for you to pick up from our Newtown salon.
