SHIPPING COST

We provide free standard shipping for all orders over $50. If your order is under $50, we charge a flat postage fee of $10.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIME

Orders made before 4pm will be dispatched the next business day. The estimated delivery time for the Sydney metropolitan area is 2-4 business days. For NSW regional and interstate locations, please allow an additional 2-3 business days.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

To cancel an order, please contact shop@mrburrows.com.au quoting your order number.

• If you placed an order before 4pm, please contact us by no later than 4pm of the same day and we will be able to process the cancellation and refund before the item(s) have been shipped.
• If your order was placed after 4pm, please contact us by no later than 4pm on the next business day and if the item(s) have not been shipped, we will be able to process the cancellation and refund.

We will do our best to process cancellations for you however if your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for the items to arrive first, then go through our returns process.
